We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Master Data Specialist to join our Baltic Master Data Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality data across our core systems and ensuring smooth data processes that support daily business operations across the Baltics.
This position is essential for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and customer master data, contributing directly to operational excellence.
We are currently looking to hire two people for this role: one on a permanent contract and one on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, for approximately one year.

Create and update master data records in core systems.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
Identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
Mitigate risks associated with poor data quality, missing data, or misaligned information.
Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve data-related incidents and ad-hoc user requests.
Experience in Master Data, data administration, business operations, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
Strong MS Excel and overall MS Office skills.
Good digital skills, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use new systems and tools.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in data handling.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently with deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain data topics clearly.
Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English.

The gross monthly base salary for this role is 2100€, with the opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary, paid as a half-yearly bonus after the probationary period.
In addition, we offer a Stebby wellness benefit or additional health insurance to help cover medical expenses. Your new workplace will be located in Laagri, Harjumaa, with the flexibility to work comfortably from home two days a week.
