About the role

As a Market Development Partner, you will play a central role in driving partner growth and strengthening market presence of a global top IT brand. You will work closely with partners to create and execute strategic plans that support business growth, expand into new services, and promote integrated solutions.

The role involves a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to achieve revenue targets, while proactively managing partner relationships through regular communication via phone, email, digital channels, and in-person meetings. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure opportunities are fully developed and successfully delivered. In addition, you will maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track opportunities from initial reseller inquiry through to customer delivery, provide regular sales forecasts to management, monitor sales activity through partner and distribution systems, and identify new growth opportunities while planning and reporting on initiatives to meet agreed timelines and targets.

Key Competencies & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Native-level proficiency in the local market language (Estonian) and fluency in English

  • A solid background in B2B sales

  • Strong knowledge of channel and partner-based market landscapes

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven business acumen with a commercial, results-oriented mindset

  • A target-driven, goal-oriented approach with strong reliability

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while remaining highly self-driven

  • Strong IT literacy and a genuine interest in technology

  • The ability to prioritize workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence in handling unique situations, analysing information, and solving problems efficiently

  • The ability to manage projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision
