Job Description
As a M&E (Meeting and Events) Project Manager you maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating group business and coordinating the execution of Meeting and Events business with other departments in accordance with the sales business plan. Main duties are:Actively promoting and selling the hotel facilities through client Site Inspections and familiarization events. Preparing Offers & Contracts in line with the Hotel’s M&E standards. Inserting reservation details to Opera PMS. Communicating and planning with the Food & Beverage Operations Teams to ensure high quality standards are maintained. Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities. Maintains effective internal and external communication. Meets budgeted sales and profit margins by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required.
Requirements
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Very good Estonian and English language skills and Russian on a good level. Positive and hands on attitude, good communication skills and attention to details.
Previous work experience in a similar position, experience with Opera PMS.
