Logistika- ja laospetsialist / Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on specialist to manage day-to-day logistics in Tallinn. You’ll handle shipping/receiving, customs, and records—keeping things accurate, fast, and compliant. 

What you’ll do:

• Shipments: Coordinate, handle, and prepare inbound/outbound loads, check against manifests, scan/label, and prep for cross-dock or short-term storage. Prepare documents, pick carriers, track transit, and ensure on-time delivery across borders.
• Customs & compliance: Work with Estonian customs and brokers. Prepare declarations, invoices, certificates of origin; resolve clearance issues quickly. Arrange and record duties, VAT, and related fees.
• Inventory & records: Use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track stock, fulfill orders, rotate inventory, and keep real-time updates. Maintain daily logs and shipment status; communicate clearly with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

• 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or customs processes 
• Solid knowledge of Estonian/EU customs procedures
• Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with time-critical work
• Familiar with duty/tax payment systems and basic record-keeping
• Procurement know-how is a plus
• Fluent English and Estonian; Russian/Ukrainian is a strong plus
• Able to work in flexible hours, if needed
