We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our scientific team. You will oversee the development of new cell therapy products, managing the lifecycle from proof-of-concept research through to process development and technology transfer to GMP manufacturing. The candidate has hands-on experience with GMP environments.

• Lead Research Strategy: Define and execute the R&D strategy for new ATMP candidates, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Process Development: Oversee the optimization of cell culture processes and analytical methods to ensure they are robust and scalable for GMP manufacturing.
• Tech Transfer: Lead the technology transfer of developed processes from R&D to the manufacturing team, collaborating closely to ensure product quality.
• Documentation & Regulatory: Author and review high-level scientific documentation (study plans, reports) to support regulatory applications (e.g., IMPD, IND).
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the R&D team, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
• Grant Writing: Identify funding opportunities and lead the preparation of grant applications to support research activities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transitions from development to release.
