Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Executive Assistant to support Torsten—a 30+ time international award-winning tattoo artist—and his business partner across multiple business ventures: Tattoo Incubator (the leading global tattoo academy), The Mastermind (our elite mentorship program for artists), and a fast-growing skincare brand. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, high-performance environment and is eager to grow within a creative, fast-scaling company. The position combines content creation, social media management, and executive-level support responsibilities—designed for individuals who are serious about personal and professional development.

Social Media Content Creation

- Work on-site at our Tallinn tattoo studio 5–10 days/month to film and produce original short-form content (Instagram, TikTok) 

- Shoot, edit, and publish visually aligned content in line with brand guidelines 

- Collaborate on planning, scripting, and scheduling of content across channels

- Engage with the audience, reply to comments, DMs etc 

Executive Assistant Support:

- Assist inside the student community, answer questions and support members 

- Provide administrative and operational assistance to Torsten and his business partner 

- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with task prioritization

We don’t expect you to come in with full experience—we will train and mentor you to master every part of the role. What matters most is attitude, adaptability, and ambition. 

Required Attributes: 

- Strong organizational and communication skills 

- Highly motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership 

- Excellent written and spoken English 

- Able to work independently and maintain high standards 

- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-accountability environment 

- Based in Tallinn, with availability to be on-site several days per month Preferred (but not required) 

- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Instagram/TikTok content creation) 

- Experience in executive or administrative assistance
