Service Leader

We are looking to recruit a Service Leader to join our experienced international team and support our lift and escalator service operations in Estonia.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate maintenance and repair operations of lifts and escalators, ensuring timely execution, technical quality, and full compliance with safety standards. Manage daily workflows, allocate tasks to field technicians, and ensure proper preparation of worksites and materials. Oversee adherence to Schindler methods, monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Support resource planning, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Technical education and relevant experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and internal motivation.

Strong Communication Skills, both spoken and written.

Excellent Estonian language skills and good English language skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

High personal ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Valid driver’s license
