Through dealer&distributor sales process management, improve the sales ability of dealers in various countries and achieve sales plan.
Key responsibilities:
Representing the interests of the employer in matters related to sales in CEE region. The main point of contact for the respective dealerships and distributors.
Preparing, negotiating and implementing the annual sales plan.
Preparing business reports, monitoring of market trends.
Supporting and coordinating other sales functions, e.g. fleet sales
All other tasks related to the job that your superior entrusts you.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Automotive industry
Proven track-record in business development and key account management
Diverse national customer network experience
Positive leadership skills, strong communication and motivation skills
High level of personal integrity
Familiar with the use of word, excel, PPT and other common office software,and be able to use PPT for report
Fluency in English is essential, other language such as Chinese and Languages of Eastern European countries would be advantageous.
