Job Description
Who will assume responsibility for managing and developing the customer base of our Estonian injection moulding plant
Field of responsibilities:
Customer relationship management with existing accounts
Development, communication and implementation of account specific business plans, including all sales and marketing activities
Negotiation and restructuring of long-term agreements with customers
Active participation in projects and product validation
Analysis of inquiries and coordination of complete calculation and quotation process
Identification and qualification of new business opportunities
Annual sales budgeting
Sales reporting to local and corporate management
Interaction with other Promens units in Europe
Market research
Requirements
Ideal candidate has:
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Experience in industrial sales and / or project work
Appropriate Commercial or Technical University degree
Good communication skills in English
Fair communication skills in German
Ability to work with colleagues of a very diverse background
Negotiation skills e.g. pricing, projects
Strong analytical and computer skills and an understanding of financial analysis
Willingness to travel frequently
