• Develop sales of powder coatings in the Baltic States, Scandinavian countries, and Poland.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while working with key clients (large manufacturers and high-volume customers), including metal construction and metalworking plants, contractors, infrastructure, and construction projects.
• Hire and train sales managers.
• Conduct presentations and provide technical consultations for clients.
• Perform product audits and testing.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies based on audit data (technical and commercial client audits).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Negotiation skills and ability to present complex products.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales of powder coatings and an existing active client base with major and key accounts in this field is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
• Proficient English for working with clients in Finland and Sweden.
• Estonian native speakers preferred.
• Office-based with business travel.
• Official employment contract.
• Salary is discussed during the interview, depending on experience and size of the candidate’s active client base. From €4000 + % of sales from each project.
