Job Description:

• To be a SAMSUNG product expert and provide customers with advice on product selection and usage.
• Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and professionalism.
• Handle the signing of leasing and insurance agreements.
• Provide consultations over the phone.
• Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Keep the store neat and organized.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Have experience in sales or customer service (experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage).
• Be communicative, empathetic, and able to connect easily with people.
• Show interest in IT technologies and understand their features.
• Be proficient in English, Estonian.
• Possess good computer skills.
• Be responsible, self-driven, and focused on achieving the best results.
