Russia is one of our important markets. Right now we are looking for an administrative assistant to help with after-sales customer communication. Besides, the assistant will work closely with both Sales and Support teams.
Assist the Russian account manager to keep contact with existing and potential customers
Prepare and translate various documentation such as customer contracts, customer reports, invoices etc. (the standard forms exist and are provided by Euroland Investors)
Control the timely customer payments
Provide the first-line support to existing customers
Collect information about the market and potential customers
Daily administration
Requirements
Russian – native
English – fluent
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Well-organized and attentive to details

Employment: part-time 30%, 12 hours a week (4 hours 3 days a week – tue, wed, thu).
