Reward Specialist

As we scale, our Reward team needs to keep pace with the product we build. We're looking for a Reward Specialist to join us in Tallinn, one of our major hubs in Europe, focusing on our global Servicing Ops teams.

You'll work closely with our Reward Partners to make sure thousands of Wisers are paid fairly and consistently, and you'll help us build smarter, more effective ways of doing that. What you'll do

• Partner with Reward Partners to manage the unique needs of our high-volume Servicing Ops teams, maintaining pay scales, reviewing shift allowances, and ensuring regional consistency.
• Prepare data narratives, benchmarking reports, and impact analyses that help Reward Partners and business leads make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain the spreadsheets and tools that power our annual salary and stock review cycles, with a strong focus on data integrity.
• Spot bottlenecks and improve how we work. Whether it's a better tracker or a more efficient approval flow, you're always looking for the next iteration.
• Collaborate with People Tech to make sure our HRIS (Workday) is accurate and up to date ahead of each Annual Salary Review cycle.
• Contribute to clear internal communications by reviewing offer letter templates for accuracy and helping draft updates on salary reviews and RSU milestones that make sense to every Wiser.
• Help deliver reward training sessions by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and keeping our internal Knowledge Base pages on pay and benefits current and easy to navigate.
• Support salary survey participation by filling templates, reviewing job matching, and making sure our data is mapped accurately and submitted on time so we always have the best market insights.
• Deliver high-impact reward projects as we continue building and scaling our reward frameworks alongside Wise's growth.

• You enjoy helping others succeed. Whether it's jumping in on a last-minute data request or helping a manager understand a pay framework, you're happy to lend a hand.
• You're comfortable with change. You can move quickly when priorities shift, and you don't need a perfect playbook to get started. You help write it.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English. Whether it's drafting a Wiser-friendly update, presenting data to a business lead, or writing a how-to guide, you can get your point across simply and effectively.
