Job Description

  • Sourcing and processing of spare parts / stores requisitions for vessels
  • Arranging deliveries to vessels
  • Placing orders, coordination of technical details with the supplier, vessel and other parties involved
  • Managing database and Excel files
  • Assist the department head in preparing the necessary reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a marine business or related industry
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to track and manage purchasing activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Estonian and Russian at the level of communication
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be resistant to stress and work under pressure
  • Highly organized with a focus on achieving results 
  • Full-time working from the office
