Project Manager

Legalaes is a professional legal company working with business clients interested in expanding their capabilities or starting new ventures. Our team oversees the requirements and regulations in suitable jurisdictions, providing complete solutions. 

We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Manager to oversee and improve the internal execution of client projects. You will work closely with your supervisor, legal and sales teams, and external partners to ensure that each project is progressing on time, with all deliverables meeting our professional standards. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a smooth client experience.

YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across legal, licensing, and administrative workflows
• Track client project progress, deadlines, and deliverables in collaboration with legal and sales teams
• Prepare and manage internal checklists, project plans, and document templates
• Identify inefficiencies in workflow and propose solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and structure
• Act as a communication bridge between legal, sales, and external service providers
• Perform quality checks on documents and client communications
• Oversee timelines for licensing and regulatory applications
• Support onboarding processes, internal compliance, and reporting needs
• Maintain databases and internal tools (e.g., CRM, shared docs, internal trackers)

• Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage;
• Proven organizational and coordination skills
• Not neccessery, but will be counted as advantage experience working in a legal, consulting, financial, or administrative environment;
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and structured multitasking;
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace/Office, task boards, and collaborative tools;
• A mindset for structure, order, and results – you keep things moving;
• A background or education in law, finance, compliance, or international business is advantage.
