Project Manager. Game Development

Foxium is a creative game studio developing high-quality games played worldwide.

We combine strong technology, engaging design, and ambitious creativity, and we are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee several game development projects throughout their full lifecycle. You will help the team plan, track, and deliver milestones efficiently, using structured processes and agile practices.

Your mission is to ensure predictable execution, remove blockers, maintain clarity and transparency, and drive high-quality delivery across all stages of development.

Requirements

Must Have

3+ years as PM, TPM, Producer, or Product Owner
Proven experience in project management within software development or product teams
Ability to drive teams toward deadlines with a solution-focused mindset
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Solid understanding of risk management and proactive mitigation
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build positive and productive relationships across teams
Fluent English
