Job Description

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire project flow, from received order to completed documentation and follow-up. You manage multiple parallel projects and act as the central point between customers, suppliers, and internal functions.

You will:

Manage up to 10–15 ongoing vessel projects simultaneously
Ensure that each project is delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
Coordinate technical deliveries (e.g. electrical systems, control systems, and HVAC), logistics, and resources globally
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project
Work in a structured way with documentation, follow-up, and continuous improvement

About the role

Our operations are dynamic and international—no two days are the same. Projects can move quickly, especially during dockings and critical installations, and require the ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions under time pressure.

You will work closely with:

Technical teams
Suppliers and partners
Internal project managers
Customers (shipowners and operators)

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in project management, preferably within engineering, marine, or industrial sectors
Thrives in managing multiple parallel projects
Is structured and solution-oriented
Communicates fluently in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
Has strong administrative skills and experience working in systems
Takes ownership of both delivery and final results

Additional qualifications (considered an advantage):
