Job Description

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products on
time, within scope, and budget
Own the full NPI lifecycle from RFQ to serial production
Coordinate engineering, purchasing, quality, and
production activities
Manage risks, resources, and customer expectations
Serve as the main contact for customers and internal
stakeholders
Track KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed

Requirements

Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, or another technical field
3 years of experience managing NPI or technical projects in an industrial
environment
Proficiency with project management tools and proven experience in crossfunctional
collaboration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
