Join the Prestigious Schlössle Hotel Team as a Porter!
As a Porter at the 5-star Schlössle Hotel, you will play an important role in making our guests feel welcome and well looked after. From helping with luggage on arrival to assisting throughout their stay, you will be part of creating a warm and memorable experience in line with the standards of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH).
Working hours / Tööaeg
We are currently looking for a Porter to join our team on a part-time basis. Working hours are flexible and may vary from week to week depending on the hotel’s needs. During periods when a team member is on holiday or away, there will be an opportunity to work full-time hours.
Shifts are 8 hours long and rotate between morning (07:00–15:00) and evening (15:00–23:00) shifts.
Key Responsibilities / Peamised ülesanded:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
- Assist with taxis, transfers, parking, and other transport arrangements.
- Support the Front Office with guest requests and daily tasks.
- Keep the hotel entrance and public areas neat and welcoming.
- Assist the Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams when needed.
- Help guests with local recommendations and other requests during their stay.
Requirements:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and approachable person who enjoys working with people. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important. Fluent English and Estonian are required, while any additional language is a plus. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but above all, we value someone who is eager to learn, help others, and be part of a great team.
