Your Role:

Organize and ensure the smooth operation of the store
Manage the store team, draw up work schedules
Ensure high quality customer service in accordance with company standards
Actively participate in sales, strive to achieve sales and profit targets
Work with the cash register, ensure accurate cash accounting and collection
Responsible for the range of goods, stock levels, orders, and product placement
Ensure control of product expiration dates, quality, and inventory
Resolve customer complaints and conflict situations
Ensure the cleanliness, order, and safety of the store
Cooperate with company management and immediate supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

Have worked at least 1 year as a team/shop manager.
Have the attributes of a great manager - great leader, detail-oriented, lead by example.
Ability to work independently and shine as part of a team.
Good computer skills to handle daily tasks.
Fluency in Estonian and English is a must – due to our Lithuanian office and Baltic-wide communication, this is very important to us. Russian is also an advantage.
