Job Description

Join the F-TKO team as Head Accountant and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures while supporting the company's continued growth.

Overseeing tax compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
Preparing and managing financial reports.
Maintaining the general ledger and financial accounts.
Coordinating the annual audit process.
Managing payroll, employment contracts, and tax declarations.
Leading, supporting, and developing the data entry team.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior accounting role.
Strong knowledge of Estonian accounting, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
A professional accounting qualification, such as Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or an equivalent certification, is considered an advantage.
Excellent command of Estonian and English, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with great attention to detail.
