Requirements
Excellent Norwegian language skills, including writing;
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
Positive attitude;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;
General hardware and software knowledge;
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client;
Good English language skills;
Being interested in technical support is an advantage;
Ability to start working in January 2017
