Job Description

Design and development of containerized mobile solutions
Preparation of material and component specifications for production
Creation, maintenance, and completion of final project documentation
Collaborating with equipment suppliers and installation partners to define interfaces and ensure design compatibility
Monitoring and supporting the container production process
Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with designs and technical requirements
Cross-functional cooperation with internal teams in Estonia, Norway, and Sweden
Providing technical support and consultancy within the organization

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

Higher education in Mechanical Engineering
Previous professional experience in mechanical design from concept through production
Proficiency in 3D CAD and production drawings (Autodesk Inventor and Vault preferred)
Experience preparing and maintaining drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering changes

Skills & Competencies

Ability to develop safe, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions from customer requirements
High attention to detail and a structured, systematic working style
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of decisions and actions
Ability to perform relevant engineering calculations, analysis, material selection, and design for manufacturing reviews
Willingness to travel for work assignments
Fluent English and Estonian, both spoken and written
