Job Description
As a Mechatronics Engineer, you help create value on many levels:
- Grab2GO robotic sales unit hardware development and prototyping;
- Design of mechatronics, robotics and automation systems and selection of components;
- Assembly and testing of prototypes and products;
- Preparation of technical documentation;
- Describing hardware requirements and specifications;
- Communication with external partners, quality control and work supervision;
- Carrying out maintenance work and eliminating faults in cooperation with cooperation partners.
Requirements
We are interested in you as a candidate if you have the following skills:
- Professional education and work experience (at least 3 years) in the field of electronics or mechatronics, preferably in manufacturing;
- Basic knowledge and skills in using CAD software (e.g., Solidworks, Autocad, etc.);
- Basic knowledge and skills of industrial automation systems (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens, B&R, Omron, etc.);
- Basic knowledge in developing robotic systems and programming industrial robots;
- Good ability to read and compile technical drawings (electrical and automation diagrams, technical 2D and 3D drawings).
Other useful qualities:
- Accuracy, systematicity and dutifulness;
- Ability and courage to work independently and to initiate ideas;
- Excellent communication skills and results-oriented;
- Teamwork experience;
- Experience with automation software and PLC programming languages (LD, ST, C ++);
- Understanding of industrial network (ProfiNet, EtherCat), communication standards (OPC UA) and best practices;
- Proficiency in Estonian and English;
- Category B driving license.
