Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the professional preparation, smooth execution and full coordination of events, from the initial planning stage through to the completion of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Fully coordinate events during the preparation stage;
Review all event details according to the agreed plan and client requirements;
Prepare meeting rooms and all required event spaces;
Ensure timely setup of furniture, equipment and other event elements according to the agreed layout;
Check the condition and readiness of all event spaces before the start of each event;
Welcome guests and event participants;
Provide professional support and assistance to guests throughout the event;
Guide guests and respond promptly to their questions and requests;
Continuously monitor the quality of service and resolve any issues that may arise during the event;
Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth and efficient running of each event;
Ensure that all agreements and requirements confirmed with the client are fully delivered.

M&E is one of the key business areas of our hotel. It is a dynamic and complex operation that requires strong coordination, organisation, attention to detail and continuous follow-up. We already have an experienced and capable team that knows how to deliver successful events. The M&E Manager willplay a key role in bringing all aspects of the operation together, ensuring a consistent service standard, smooth communication between departments and an outstanding experience for our guests.

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Estonian and English is required; knowledge of Finnish or Russian is a significant advantage.
