EuroBio Lab is one of the largest natural and organic cosmetics manufacturers in the Baltic region and a fast-growing international beauty company.
We develop and manufacture cosmetics at our own modern production facility in Estonia. Our portfolio includes more than 1,500 products under 15 brands, including internationally recognized natural cosmetics brands.
Our products are currently sold in more than 80 countries worldwide, from Europe to Australia, through major retailers and distributors.
Our production is certified according to international standards ISO 9001 and GMP (ISO 22716), and many of our products carry ECOCERT, BDIH, and ICEA organic certifications.
As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an International Sales Manager who will help us strengthen existing markets and develop new ones.
Your responsibilities will include:

develop new export markets for our cosmetic brands

strengthen sales in existing markets (including Poland, Romania and other European countries)

identify and onboard distributors, retail partners, and key clients
-
negotiate and close international contracts

build long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers
-
represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events

contribute to the growth of our global sales strategy
We are looking for someone who:

has experience in international B2B sales

knows how to build distributor networks and open new markets

is confident in negotiations and closing deals
-
is results-driven and growth-oriented
-
speaks fluent English
-
experience in beauty / cosmetics / skincare industry is a strong advantage
