HVAC Design Engineer

• We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer for international projects across Europe.
• The role covers HVAC system design from engineering calculations and equipment selection through Revit-based detailed design and coordinated construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heat-load, cooling and airflow calculations
• Perform duct sizing and pressure-drop calculations
• Develop HVAC technical solutions and select appropriate equipment
• Create and maintain HVAC designs and models in Revit
• Prepare design calculations, technical schedules and coordinated design documentation
• Coordinate HVAC design with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Proactively identify design risks, missing information and coordination issues
• Deliver assigned scope within agreed deadlines and engineering budgets

• Typically 5+ years of relevant HVAC design experience; exceptional candidates with demonstrably strong technical capability may also be considered
• Strong experience in ventilation and cooling system design
• Excellent Revit HVAC skills
• Relevant HVAC / Mechanical Engineering degree and/or recognized professional engineering qualification; Estonian Level 7 HVAC Engineer qualification or equivalent is an advantage where applicable
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, design processes and different project stages
• Ability to independently develop HVAC solutions from concept through detailed design and coordinated construction documentation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned scope
• Ability to identify missing or conflicting information, raise it early and obtain the required clarification
• Strong constructability mindset, including installation, access, maintenance and interfaces with other disciplines
• Previous Data Center or other complex mission-critical project experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and English proficiency
