To support our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about people management and developing HR processes, want to grow into a skilled HR professional - you may be exactly who we are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes
Facilitate employee engagement programs and internal communications
Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Continuously update knowledge of HR standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Ensure smooth and compliant onboarding and offboarding procedures
Promote a positive company culture and enhance employee satisfaction

We expect from you:

Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of Finnish and/or Estonian is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Communicate clearly and promptly with employees and management
Keep HR processes and records organized and up to date
Handle routine HR tasks independently
