Executive Assistant

We're looking for an organised, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with our management team. You'll handle a wide range of business tasks, from client communication to contracts and procurement. There's real room to grow as the company expands.

• Assist management with day-to-day business tasks, priorities and scheduling
• Communicate with clients, partners and authorities on the company's behalf
• Handle business correspondence
• Enter, maintain and organise company data accurately in our systems
• Prepare reports, overviews and analyses to support management decisions
• Coordinate procurement: send RFQs, compare suppliers and place orders
• Create and follow up on the quotations for clients and potential projects until offers are sent, confirmed or closed
• Draft, review and manage contracts with suppliers and other business documen

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Master's degree
• Experience as a project assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative or coordination role
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring)
• Experience in data analysis and AI usage is an advantage
• A structured, reliable way of working, with the ability to juggle several tasks and deadlines
• Confidence communicating with clients, partners and public authorities

• Willingness to work from our office and flexibility to travel for work when needed
