Join Our Team as an International Event Coordinator!To support our continued growth, we are looking for an International Event Coordinator to join our team. If you are passionate about planning and managing events across different countries and want to develop into a skilled professional in this field, you may be exactly who we are looking for.

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events in different countries
• Liaise with local vendors, venues and service providers
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
• Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodation, and transportation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing and corporate strategies
• Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports and recommendations

• Event planning and coordination
• International logistics and travel arrangements
• Budget management and cost control
• Vendor negotiation and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel internationally to organize and oversee events
• Fluent English, knowledge of Finnish and/or Estonian is a plus
