As a team member, you will play meaningful role in Swedish market by providing support mainly via email to our customers with contract and invoice related matters. In addition, you will troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution, take ownership of customer issues and escalate unresolved inquires to the appropriate internal team. You will be a key player in building a support team in a challenging environment.
