Customer Success Team Lead

Do you enjoy leading people, improving processes, and creating outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Success Team Lead to help take our customer support operations in the world of car rental to the next level.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a small and strong team, and make a meaningful impact on how our customers experience our brand. During your first months, you'll be on the frontline to gain a deep understanding of our systems, customer needs, and service processes—giving you the insight needed to lead improvements with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop our customer support team, including onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Create an engaging and supportive environment where people can perform at their best.
• Define, monitor, and improve key customer service KPIs and performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvements across customer support processes, workflows, and policies.
• Ensure our service standards consistently reflect our brand values and customer promise.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources to support operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
• Step in to support the team during peak periods or absences.

• Has experience leading or mentoring customer service or support teams.
• Has excellent people skills.
• Thinks analytically and uses data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and enjoys finding better ways of working.
• Is comfortable communicating in English.

This is a fulltime role based in Tartu with a team working 100% from the office.
