Customer care agent

GET READY TO:

• Be responsible for a defined group of customers
• Communicate with customers (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
• Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (partners, etc.)
• Handle incoming e-mails, calls (directed to the Customer Support team address)
• Manage ticketing system
• Entry data to internal systems

• Excellent English, Estonian languages skills, Swedish languages skills would be a big advantage
• Experience in a similar role
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

• Salary range: 2200 - 2500 EUR gross and quarterly bonus
