Creative Producer (YouTube)

We are looking for a YouTube Creative Producer to join the Organic Social team in Tallinn. Our YouTube channel is growing rapidly, and we are ready to scale. Your main mission will be to help increase our video output on the main Wise channel and potentially help us launch and grow a brand new channel in the future.

While we will continue to produce essential Wise tutorials, we are aiming to create broader, highly engaging content about money, travel, and the global economy. You will be the creative engine and the ultimate organizer — helping to take ideas from a blank page to a published video. You will partner directly with the Social Content Manager to streamline our production process, manage freelancers, and elevate our storytelling.

You’ll be joining the Organic Social team at Wise — a group of nine creatives, strategists, and editors across London, Tallinn, and Singapore. The team’s goal is to make Wise the most loved and trusted money product in the world by creating social content that is useful, entertaining, and shareable. We operate like a creative studio inside a fintech company: fast experimentation, high creative standards, and a tight feedback loop between audience insight and content.

From day one, you’ll be hands-on with:

• Creative Ideation & Strategy: Generating fresh, high-performing video concepts that perfectly fit the Wise YouTube channel and audience. You will conduct keyword/trend research and determine exactly what resources are needed to bring each idea to life before pitching it to the manager.
• End-to-End Production Management: You own the process from 0 to 100, but you won’t be holding the camera or editing timelines yourself. Your job is to manage the pipeline: finding and briefing freelance scriptwriters and editors, aligning with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the final video meets our quality standards.
• Logistics & Sourcing: You are the main problem-solver for the shoots. This includes sourcing locations (in Tallinn or abroad), finding necessary props and ordering equipment requested by the team, and managing the on-set logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Challenges You’ll Tackle:

• The Content Puzzle: Merging native YouTube culture with the fintech world. Your challenge will be to make finance genuinely fascinating, conceptualizing broader ideas where the Wise brand is integrated natively and seamlessly, rather than feeling like a corporate ad.
• The Balancing Act: Combining highly creative ideation with rigorous logistical execution. Scaling our video output means you need excellent time management and the ability to get your hands on the production puzzle - managing tight timelines, sourcing locations and props, aligning with stakeholders, and directing freelance talent. However, you won't be left alone in the trenches. This is a highly collaborative environment where you will work closely and partner directly with your manager to tackle these operational tasks together, ensuring you never lose your creative spark.

• YouTube Mechanics & Ideation: A solid grasp of how YouTube works (CTR, hooks, audience retention, keywords, and packaging) and the ability to clearly explain why an idea will perform well.
• Production Logistics & Planning: Practical experience in organizing video shoots, including resource planning, booking locations, sourcing props, and managing schedules.
• Fluent English: Strong written and verbal English, specifically the ability to write clear, detailed production briefs and communicate effectively with freelancers and stakeholders.
• The Ultimate Organizer & Planner: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple moving parts.
• Excellent Communicator: The ability to clearly and inspiringly brief external talent (freelancers) and invite talent (like Wise employees) to shoots.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a highly collaborative environment and are comfortable partnering closely with your manager to co-create and organize.
• Problem-Solving: You have a hands-on approach to solving logistical hurdles and can think on your feet.
• Experience in YouTube content strategy, creative producing, or production management.
• Proven experience in organizing video shoots and managing logistics.

• Fintech & Wise Knowledge: You understand the fintech landscape and know the Wise product inside and out.
