We are looking for Courier to join our Stock department in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate the timely and accurate collection, delivery, loading, and unloading of shipments between company sites, cargo terminals, and other designated locations—both within and outside the airport's security area—while following safety and regulatory guidelines.
Assist with stock-related tasks including picking, packing, transferring, receiving, releasing, unpacking, and stock-taking activities to support accurate inventory management and smooth operational flow.
Retrieve and deliver orders based on pick-slip instructions, manage transport-related documents (AWBs, invoices, packing lists), and ensure proper recording in relevant systems.
Adhere to internal policies, safety protocols, and operational standards; take responsibility for all actions and decisions within the scope of assigned duties.
Provide operational assistance to other departments upon request, including during non-routine situations, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure overall efficiency.

Requirements

Main Requirements

Previous work experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
Readiness for physical work (lifting/moving heavy components)
Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian language skills. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
Conscientiousness, independence and punctuality
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
You are a good communicator, quick to adapt and have a high stress tolerance
You have a full category B driving license
