Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a marketer with CRO and web analytics experience to take over the project management for Bolt website.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Product team, and engineers in the Web team, you will be in charge of overseeing the website project for bolt.eu website and supporting public-facing domains seen by millions of people every month.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and web analytics. Knowledge of SEO tactics is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Website project and backlog management for bolt.eu website and supporting public-facing domains
  • Be the project manager for new landing pages, website redesigns, and technical updates
  • Initiate new landing page and CRO ideas based on the current product and marketing focus
  • Make sure that website analytics are set up correctly and monitor results on a regular basis to detect issues and ideas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and training on the usage of web analytics for business units throughout the company
  • Make sure that the SEO structure for all website domains is properly set up and work with Google Search Console to increase organic traffic to the website
  • Initiate CRO project and A/B tests for Bolt’s website to improve the conversion rate of our most visited landing pages
  • Make sure that all localized website domains have up to date copy and all translations filled in
  • Be the point of contact for other in-house teams involved with the Website project

Requirements

Qualifications we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience with website projects and CRO 
  • Experience managing website-related projects
  • Proven track record of optimizing website conversion rates
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowhow of SEO is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
