The company holds a significant market share and is an important player in the non-alcoholic beverages sector in the region.

Production is carried out in Lithuania in accordance with high quality and operational standards, and the products are successfully supplied to both domestic and international markets. We are currently strengthening our position in the Estonian market and invite a professional to join our team and contribute to business development and growth.

Role Description

  • Promote sales growth and ensure the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
  • Initiate, create, and maintain long-term relationships with new clients and partners.
  • Analyze market opportunities, competitive environment, and provide strategic solutions.
  • Monitor sales results, analyze performance indicators, and offer suggestions for improving operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of successful experience in business development or sales management;
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills;
  • Strong results orientation and the ability to achieve strategic goals;
  • Experience in identifying new markets and successfully expanding business operations;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions;
  • Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
  • Experience of working with trade networks is an advantage
  • Higher education in business, economics, or a related field is an advantage.
