Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled APQP Process Engineer to join our teamand support the development and launch of new products througheffective planning, coordination, and implementation of APQP processes.This role is essential for ensuring product quality, compliance with customerrequirements, and continuous improvement across the production cycle.

Lead and coordinate APQP activities throughout the product developmentlifecycle.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all APQP deliverables arecompleted on schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust manufacturingprocesses.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFMEA, controlplans, flow charts, and work instructions.
Coordinate and participate in Design Reviews and Process DesignReviews.
Plan and execute PPAP submissions

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in APQP, PPAP, and qualityengineering within automotive industries.
Strong knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
Understanding of IATF 16949
English proficiency, Russian and Estonian advantage
