Key responsibilities:

Make short calls a day to check new candidates
Move candidates through the process step by step (from first contact to getting started in the field)
Follow up with team members about documents and scheduling
Check that everything is ready before candidates start training
Be the main contact between teams
Keep records updated
Handle daily communication (email, calls, messages)
Help report on progress and any delays

We expect from you:

Excellent written and spoken English and other languages are a plus
Experience working in international environments
Ability to work independently and proactively in all situations
Communicate clearly and on time
Keep work organized and up to date
Handle routine tasks independently
