Job Description

Playtech Estonia is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant whose main responsibility is to support day-to-day work in our Tartu office in organized and polite manner.

- Ordering and maintaining the stock of office and kitchen supplies
- Booking and organizing meeting rooms, ordering catering
- Arranging maintenance for office and kitchen equipment
- Welcoming guests and employees
- Answering and forwarding phone calls and e-mails
- Assisting with official documents, printing and scanning
- Arranging postal service and other administrative tasks when needed
- Acting as a substitute for Chief Administrative Officer when needed

As a replacement for travel coordinator:

- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
- Communicating with travel agencies
- Executing travel plans and preparing travel-related reports

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:
- Bright and positive personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in changing situations
- Ability to administer budgets
- High stress tolerance
- Higher education
- Relevant experience in administration
- Excellent command of English and Estonian
- Very good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- B category driver license
