Account Manager

Bikeep is looking for an ambitious account manager who has excellent communications skills, ability to build up a workflow automation independently and has technical knowledge/understanding.

Main duties:
• Build up existing reseller management system;
• Automating workflows in responding to reseller info inquires;
• Processing reseller and customer accounts orders;
• Product usage manual compilation
• Regular Update calls with resellers and large customer accounts

• Experience in account management and project management;
• Good technical understanding;
• Ability to automate workflows;
• Ability to compile easy to understand instructions;
• Excellent people and communication skills;
• Previous experience with Confluence in an advantage;
• Ability to work in fast-changing environments;
• Fluent in English (written and oral);

• Very international customer/reseller base to manage;
• Ambitious challenges to develop your skills further;
• Lots of room for career development.
