The main goal of the position is to provide first line support (solve problems, provide guidance and training) for Linde Gas’s clients by phone and email. In addition, you will manage customer queries, handle administrative tasks and be in contact with Linde Gas’s local units within our region.
Area of responsibility
You have customer-oriented mind-set, willingness to help others and you consider yourself precise and independent. In addition, you have good communication and problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in a team and believe that a great team is the basis for excellence; have a strong client service inclination and have very good command of Finnish and English (oral and written). Similar experience from your previous employments is an advantage.
