YOUR MAIN TASKS
• Handling customer requests via email and phone.
• Answering basic product-related questions.
• Communication with logistics, billing, planning and transportation.
• Order creation and update handling in SAP.
• Creating credit and debit notes.
• Follow - up activities.
Requirements
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you have excellent communication and problem solving skills. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You have worked in customer service or sales order function before. You are fluent in Swedish language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English.
