- Manage all the activities needed to maintain productive workforce.
- Recruiting, including talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing and hiring great employees
- Performance and training of personnel
- Data collection and processing
- Budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analysing
- Collaborating with project-, technical-, operations- and personnel managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future personnel needs.
- Able to attract candidates using various sources
Requirements
- Previous work experience as a recruiter, degree in HR
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Knowledge of Estonian, English and Russian language on a professional level
- Readiness to travel
