• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure
• Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values
Requirements
• Background in Computer Science/ Telecommunications
• Excellent written and verbal command of English
• Knowledge of Estonian and Russian are beneficial
• Knowledge in any of scripting languages (bash or Python are preferable)
• Good knowledge of Debian and CentOS, Windows & Mac OS for helpdesk
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, UDP, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
• General understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) equipment
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional
• Good incident solving and troubleshooting skills
• A sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Driving license
