• Providing leadership in assisting with the training and coaching of Call Center staff

• Measuring the performance of individuals and team
• Offering guidance and feedback
• Helping to optimize procedures
Requirements
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you have excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You are fluent in Swedish language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English. University degree and work experience in leading a team are seen as an advantage
