We are looking for you to join our team in Tallinn as a SWEDISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
• Offer excellent customer support via phone and e-mails for main brands as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, NEFF, Constructa.
• Handling service orders and spare part orders via SAP and BSH internal programs Quick Finder and Spice.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Identify the problem or matter of the complaint and suggest potential solutions.
Requirements
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you are service-minded, enjoy helping people and possess caring attitude towards customers. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You have worked in customer service before. You are fluent in Swedish language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English.
