Store Manager

LONAS is expanding in Estonia, and we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Store manager to lead and support our store teams in Tallinn and Tartu.

This is an operational management role with a strong focus on people, sales performance, and the smooth daily operation of our stores.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all LONAS stores in Estonia;
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and ensure the achievement of company targets and KPIs;
• Lead, motivate, and support store employees in their daily work and sales activities;
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees;
• Develop employees sales and customer service skills, ensuring consistent service standards;
• Prepare employee work schedules and calculate performance-based bonuses;
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management across stores;
• Regularly visit stores in Tallinn and Tartu, providing hands-on support and resolving operational issues;
• Monitor and manage store operating expenses within agreed budgets;
• Implement company standards, procedures, and management decisions across all stores;
• Work closely with management in Latvia and Lithuania, providing regular updates on store operations and results.

• Previous management experience in retail, preferably in store or multi-store management;
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets;
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with sales reports and KPIs;
• Very good MS Excel skills;
• Fluency in Estonian and English;
• Experience in employee recruitment, training, and development;
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve daily operational challenges;
• Willingness to travel regularly between Tallinn and Tartu, driving licence would be an advantage;
• Experience in furniture, home furnishing, or lifestyle retail would be an advantage.
