Mõned aastad tagasi alustasime ühe väikese hambaravikabinetiga. Tänaseks on Soul Dental Studio kaasaegne hambakliinik Tallinnas, kus on neli ravikabinetti ja üle 15-liikmeline meeskond.
Meie jaoks ei tähenda hea kliinik ainult kaasaegset aparatuuri ja ilusat interjööri. Meile on oluline, kuidas töötab kogu meeskond ning millise tulemuse ja kogemuse saab patsient.
Arendame pidevalt oma teenindust, tööprotsesse ja kliinilisi standardeid. Kui tekib keeruline olukord, analüüsime seda koos. Kui juhtub viga, ei otsi me süüdlast, vaid põhjust ja võimalust, kuidas muuta süsteemi paremaks ning vältida sama olukorda tulevikus.
Oleme nõudlikud ja mõistame, et meie töökultuur ei pruugi sobida kõigile. Meie jaoks ei ole „hästi“ veel lõpptulemus. Otsime inimesi, kellele on oluline viia oma töö lõpuni ning teha seda tasemel, mille üle saab päriselt uhkust tunda.
Praegu on Soul Dental Studio jõudmas oma arengus järgmisse etappi ning otsime kolleege, kellega soovime selle teekonna koos ette võtta.

A few years ago, we started with a small dental office. Today, Soul Dental Studio is a modern dental clinic in Tallinn, with four treatment rooms and a team of over 15 members.
For us, a good clinic means more than just modern equipment and a beautiful interior. What matters to us is how the entire team works together and the results and experiences that patients receive.
We continuously develop our services, work processes, and clinical standards. If a complex situation arises, we analyze it together. If a mistake happens, we do not look for someone to blame, but rather seek the cause and the opportunity to improve the system and avoid the same situation in the future.
We are demanding and understand that our work culture may not suit everyone. For us, "well done" is not the final result. We seek people who value completing their work to a standard that they can truly be proud of.
Currently, Soul Dental Studio is entering the next phase of its development, and we are looking for colleagues with whom we wish to embark on this journey together.
