Main purpose of the role:
Handle subject access requests under GDPR: gather, forward, follow and respond to requests according to agreed policies and procedures. Handle other support tasks and assignments related to data processing.
Main accountabilities:
Receive and store subject access requests.
Handle the requests or forward the requests to respective register holders.
Guarantee that the requests are solved and replied in timely manner.
Participate in GDPR project and assist business as an expert in the own field of expertise.
Contribute to a continuing process of fulfilling EU GDPR requirements.
Assist customers with other support tasks like searching information, tracking, orders, running reports, data processing or data quality improvements.
Handle customer feedback and claims related to services; investigate, fix and respond.
Requirements
Experience/ competencies:
Good customer service, cooperation and interaction skills.
Ability to apply guidelines and solve problems within the given instructions and framework areas.
Knowledge of customer service, office tasks, invoicing, service delivery and complaint processes.
Systematic, careful and precise.
Ability to work in international environment and with virtual teams.
Language & system skills:
Finnish level B (good command).
English level B (good command).
An ability to learn new applications and systems fast.
Good system knowledge, e.g. following systems are used.
Office, sales and customer service systems.
